BaroQuote (the "app") works without an account. The quotes, invoices, receipts, clients (names, phone numbers, addresses), business details, stamp and signature images you enter are stored on your device. They are sent to our servers only if you turn on cloud sync (Pro), described below.

Cloud sync (optional, Pro)

• What: when you sign in with Google and turn on cloud sync, the data above (documents, clients, price list, business details, stamp/logo/signature images) and your Google account email and user ID are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) so you can use the same data on other phones.
• Why: only to sync your data between your devices. We do not read it for any other purpose, sell it or share it.
• Access: only you, through your signed-in account (protected by security rules). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Retention and deletion: kept until you delete it. Use Settings › Cloud sync › Delete cloud data to remove it immediately, or email us. Signing out stops syncing but keeps both copies.

1. Information collected automatically and why

• App usage (screens, feature events, app version, device model and OS, approximate country): to improve the service — Google Firebase Analytics. Amounts are recorded only as ranges; client names and contact details are never recorded.
• Crash reports (crash details, device information): to fix bugs — Google Firebase Crashlytics.
• Advertising ID and related information: to show ads to free users — Google AdMob. Users who removed ads or have Pro see no ads.
• Purchase information (whether you bought a subscription or ad removal, purchase time, an anonymous user ID): to provide and restore paid features — Google Play Billing, RevenueCat. We never receive card numbers or other payment details.

2. Retention

Automatically collected information follows each provider's retention policy (e.g. up to 14 months for Firebase Analytics). Data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app.

3. Processors and international transfer

We use Google LLC (Firebase, AdMob; USA and other regions) and RevenueCat, Inc. (USA) to process the information above. It is transmitted over the network while you use the app. You can stop this by uninstalling the app or resetting/deleting your advertising ID in device settings.

4. Your rights

You can edit or delete on-device data in the app, and delete cloud-synced data in Settings. To access or delete automatically collected information, email us at the address below. Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR), California (CCPA) and other regions may exercise their rights under local law the same way.

5. Children

The app is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
