1. Service
BaroQuote is a tool for creating quotes, invoices and receipts and saving or sharing them as PDFs. You, as the issuer, are responsible for checking the content, amounts and tax calculations of your documents. Documents made with the app are not official tax invoices in jurisdictions that require registered e-invoicing.
2. Data
Documents and client details are stored on your device. Pro subscribers may turn on cloud sync to keep a copy in their own cloud account. Without cloud sync, use "Export backup file" in Settings to avoid losing data when you lose your phone or uninstall the app; we cannot recover on-device data.
3. Paid features
- Pro subscription (monthly or yearly): unlimited documents, PDFs without watermark, premium templates, cloud sync across devices, multiple businesses, no ads. When the subscription ends, cloud sync pauses and your data stays on your devices and in the cloud until you delete it. Billed through Google Play and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Cancel in Play Store › Payments & subscriptions.
- Remove ads (one-time purchase): removes ads permanently; the free-plan document limit still applies.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and applicable law.
4. Free plan
Free users can create a limited number of new documents each month and may get more by watching ads. Limits and ad policies may change as described in the app.
5. Prohibited use
Do not use another business's details or stamp without permission, or create false documents.
6. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for the content of documents you create or send, or for disputes arising from your transactions.
